URBANwave. is a 23 year old male Synthwave/Funk artist. Using mostly electronic sounds to create beats and tunes for a wide audience to love. First debuting in 2007 with his song 'Jitter', he went straight into the top 10 of the UK Synth chart and sold 75,000 singles in his first year.
Born in East London UW had a troubled upbringing, trying to avoid crime and gangs in the area. Because of his childhood, UW has promised to give 50% of all profits of his music to charities across London aiming to take kids away from crime. URBANwave. tries to remain humble with his music and brand. Thus creating the urban and rugged brand identity. He remains to his London roots and uses it to create great music.
UW is currently on his first tour of Europe and America. The tour 'A, B, Synth' will be featuring his new album and will also be showcasing his brand new single 'Whaleskin'. 'A, B, Synth' tickets are available for purchase HERE.
